We receive what you select

The app collects your name, email, intake answers, selected files and pasted messages. It does not connect to your inbox or read your phone. Please submit only messages you are authorized to share, and leave out passwords, Social Security numbers and full payment-card numbers.

How the evidence is used

Selected evidence is stored on Railway. When available, Anthropic's API processes the selected evidence to prepare a draft timeline for human review. AI extraction can be wrong. The app does not automatically decide whether you qualify for legal representation or calculate a promised recovery. Reviewers can download originals to verify the draft.

Access and retention

Access is restricted to Tov Law reviewers and the submission's private session. When Google sign-in is configured, verified @tovlaw.com Google Workspace accounts can access the review queue. Google supplies the reviewer's verified email and account identifier for sign-in; this does not grant access to Gmail, Drive or message history. Reviewer identity is stored encrypted in the app's session store, and Google access/refresh tokens are not retained. We do not automatically share submissions with partner firms or send marketing messages. Evidence and intake content are encrypted by the app before storage. Keep your invitation private: someone with an unused invitation can use it.

Submissions remain in active storage until deleted. During your seven-day private session you can delete your submission in the app; afterward contact sam@tovlaw.com with your reference number. Deletion removes intake content and uploaded files from active app storage. Minimal event records may remain. Copies in infrastructure backups and data processed by providers may remain under their retention policies; deleting the app record does not instantly erase every provider copy. Copies already downloaded by a reviewer must be handled separately.

No advertising trackers

This pilot uses first-party cookies for access and, for reviewers, a short-lived Google sign-in security check. It has no advertising pixels or marketing analytics. The app does not load tracking images from submitted emails. Technical request metadata may be processed by the hosting provider.

A submission is not an engagement

Submitting evidence does not create an attorney-client relationship, stop a deadline, or guarantee representation or recovery. Confidential handling is not a promise that every submission is legally privileged. Keep original evidence and obtain timely legal advice if a deadline may be approaching.
